Fresh ideas to re-energise a member base

Manchester Digital, the voice of Greater Manchester's tech sector, knew their website wasn't keeping pace with the industry. It didn't reflect their energy, wasn't attracting new members, and was hoovering up staff time with manual admin. They needed more than a new website - they needed to re-ignite the team and the member base.

Co-creating with the community

Manchester Digital co-created a new solution with members, from small start-ups to corporates like Auto Trader. They uncovered diverse needs, and through exercises and feedback analysis, they shaped a vision for a way forward.

Launching a new engagement platform

Together, MD designed and launched a completely new membership engagement process and platform.

They made joining and renewing seamless, gave members new ways to share jobs, events and news, and introduced tools to measure engagement so MD could act pre-emptively on data, no longer relying on guesswork.
