Big Echo is borne out of an obsession with creative problem solving. For the last 20 years, I've helped people solve problems in new ways. Whether through 1-on-1 teaching, mentoring entrepreneurs, or advising businesses on tech solutions. I've learned that creative problem solving comes in many forms - from budding musicians wanting to improve their skills, to CEOs needing to find new ways to grow their business. ### What is innovation? The word innovation has a lot of connotations, and you may think innovation is reserved for the likes of James Dyson or NASA, or is a bit meaningless or "woo woo", or is otherwise just *not for you*. But I've learned that innovation is all around us - from finding ways to work better as a team, to getting creative in the kitchen to avoid food spoiling. We define innovation as simply **new ways to be better**. ### We need our humanity The world is rapidly shifting around us as tech takes over more of our lives - AI, quantum computing, distributed working, screen addiction... While we embrace tech at Big Echo, it's clear to see that what worked yesterday simply isn't going to work tomorrow. We all need to use our human skills of creativity, good judgement, and empathy, to come up with new and better ways of doing things.
